Wouldn’t even hear my case of racial profiling and wrongful arrest because I hadn’t been in prison for a decade!

It took me 1.5 years to finally reach Ben Crump himself! My black son passed away and I needed his help. Once I finally got a response from him, he sent me to his associates to read over the case in the death of my son. He personally never looked at the case himself. Ben Crump ONLY talks to black people in death cases when it's on the NEWS or SOCIAL MEDIA! Which I think is a poor way to treat anyone who has lost a family member to death and reaching out for his help! I don't recommend his firm or him! As he only wants to help death cases that are in the media!

I don't know who this Law Firm helps but there is bad as Morgan and Morgan

I have immense respect for Attorney Crump and his work, si I'll give five stars but my experience was 2 stars. I had breast cancer a few years ago and I used hair relaxers for most of my life. They took my case. A few months later, I received a letter stating they were dropping my case, without explanation. That was disappointing, as I would have appreciated an explanation, based on the merits, as to why my case was not viable in their eyes. It matters whether it was simply a matter of their recovery on my behalf was too small or the case was, in their eyes, without merit. So, my experience was not ideal.
