They executed the contract on our house fine- that’s why they get 2 stars. They sent our proceeds check to the wrong address - honest mistake. I called to figure out how to get my money and the attorney was rude. He blamed me for not double checking the address and complained that my transaction was taking up too much of his time. I asked for an apology for the mistake and he changed the subject. He gave one later when I asked again. Feeling like our business was not important. Would not recommend.

I've had the best experience with this attorney of all the closings I've had. Organized, prompt, the office works very well together. They will definitely be on my client's list of closing attorneys.

arrived for real estate closing at time and office (carrboro) they sent in email to schedule the closing. When we arrived they had the documents at their Chapel Hill office. They worked around this by emailing docs and printing them so we were able to sign. Not a big deal 15 min wasted. After we signed were told to pick up check later in the day at their Chapel Hill office. They contacted saying the check was ready. When I arrived at the office to pick up my check they started to give me the wrong check. Then they said they didn't have my check and it must be at their Carrboro office. They called the Carroboro office and told me someone had already picked up the check. I drove to their Carrboro office to see who had picked up the check. Just before I arrived at the Carrboro Office
