**Edited to one star after business response** I recently had a 2 star experience with Becker Law Offices and wanted to share. As the sole other seller review (at the time of this posting) mentioned, there are several mandatory fees assessed to a seller when the buyer elects to use Becker Law Offices. While the issues with North Carolina Real Estate proceedings are vast, it is not fair to hold Becker accountable in a review for the fact that everyone seems to have a hand in your pocket when selling in North Carolina. Had I realized the extent of the fees assessed by Becker Law, I would have required a bit higher selling price for my property to offset. Keep in mind, the parts that were compulsory were only a few hundred dollars, but it is the principle, and the issue that as a seller,
