I can’t say enough good things about Trip Bechert & his whole staff. They helped me with an insurance claim and worked tirelessly on my case for months. From the very beginning they treated me like family and always took the time to answer my questions and keep me informed. They made the whole process so much more tolerable and fought hard on my behalf. I’m incredibly grateful to them and highly recommend them.

Hired by the respondent, Terrible experience with Esmeralda, she also has no business practicing the sensitive areas of family law, says I’m not doing my fatherly duties because I need assistance picking up my children to compensate for my work schedule. Absolutely terrible at communicating will attack you left and right in a provoking fashion, referred to my attempts to communicate as harassment thinks that leaving a truthful negative review correlates with the father that I am. Makes threats in her communication. Says she provided the parenting plan as a courtesy when they were court ordered to work together on a parenting plan. Terrible firm on all four corners. Trip and his team are the best in town. I hired them back in 2021 for my case, and again most recently. They were able to squeeze my case in at the last minute. They listen to my concerns, and truly go above and beyond to assure that we have a positive outcome. Couldn't be more thankful!!

Do not recommend this attorney. They are hired for the opposing party. And refer to a parents attempt to establish communication with their children as harassment they are far from keeping the best interest of the children in mind. They have been distasteful with in their communications as well. This guy has no business practicing family law. You could tell that the judge was not happy with him

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Trip and his assistant, Larry. Larry is my main point of contact and he is always on top of my case when I call. He is quick to respond and never makes me feel as if I am bothering him with my inquiries. We had a big hiccup in my case due to a prior claim when I did not use Trip and Larry, and the team rolled with the punches to make sure I was treated fairly by my insurance company. We are working on resolving that second part now, but despite the insurance company's best effort to not make good on the first part of my claim, Trip and Larry made sure they did.
