I am absolutely shocked at the service I have received here. I’m a very patient person but it has been tested greatly. I have mat mrs beavers once and she was nice initially meeting her. I came to my appointment on time and she was running late which I understand because of court meeting and other clients so I did my consultation over the phone with her while she was in traffic. Everything went well and I was able to introduce myself once she arrived at the office. She told me to give her two week and if she had any questions she would call me. The worse attorney EVER!! The way my divorce was handled was very unprofessional. Her communication skills are terrible. I was the one who had to always call her to find out where we were during the divorce process. I separated from my husband in March of last year. I saw her on April 2. I was told I had to wait 6 months before I could file. 6 months past.. no communication from her. I ended up calling her in month 7, finally signed the agreement and again I heard nothing. I have been very pleased with all of the staff with the law firm. My calls have always been handled very quickly, and the support staff always respectful. My case needed to be transferred from another state, and my child support modified. At my initial consultation, my attorney even advised me that I would be able to handle those issues without having to hire a lawyer. How many attorneys do you know that would give you that kind of advice? This was a horrible consultation! My boyfriend and felt she was very uninterested in helping us! She even rolled her eyes at one point! We’re a young black, working couple and she judged us on that the minute we walked through the door. We were told how much she could help over the phone and once the money was paid, it was a whole different case! She needs to retire and let new and motivated people help the community!
