I was looking for legal guidance. Beard had represented me in the past so I was up for hiring again. Paying 900 to start the process ( emailing me paperwork). I had to print and pay to notarize the paperwork. Long story short I had settled with opposing party and no longer needed service. They kept the 900 saying thats how much it cost to draft (email) the paperwork. They at no point said beforehand there wasn't a return. 900 dollars to email paperwork... do what I didnt do, go somewhere else!

I am college student and work a full time job making sure I pay rent on time and this is unfornately with me that this man is unable to work with me due to the fact that I was behind on rent not one but 3 times and he is just taking my money from my bank and not giving me a chance to wait until I get paid so I can pay in full and enjoy life. The two ladies who are not very welcoming in his office are just pain rude to my fiance and one of them are very racist towards me because I am mixed race. if anybody is moving in town looking for a place I don't recommend him because he doesn't work with any females who are single or have any kids just to let you know. The women in the office are very racist and rude.

Jeff Nilson is a very intelligent guy. If you're doing estate planning or things that don't require a sense of urgency then I would recommend him highly. If you're dealing with something important that requires someone with a little fire and get after it, this is not the guy for the job. If you do hire him be sure to reach out to him a couple of days before court to confirm he will show up. I know of a couple different people who have hired him and he didn't even show up for court dates. No advance warning, no explanation.

Nathan handled 2 divorces and 2 child custody cases for my husband and myself. Honest and straight forward. Great at communicating and talking threw options with out talking down to you. Worth every penny spent to get it done right the first time.

Does a great job and is very thorough. He will work hard to help you if he can. He has good staff that help take care of your needs if he isn’t there. Reasonable rates and attorney fees.
