My husband's ex ran off with his daughter for almost a year. We had to hire a lawyer so she would be made forced to let him see her. He wanted custody cause the mom was on meth and alienated the daughter against us. So we hired Brian Bean, he did well with mediation. Then said it would be another $1,500 to go to court so my husband paid. It's been two years since then and no court date. He told us it would be this summer two summers ago but that never came. I'm pretty sure we got ripped off.
