Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm to clients who value consistent communication. I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of staff not being on the same page with other firm members as well as the client's wishes. Client communication preferences were given to staff at the initial intake meeting without any conflict or concern by staff on these preferences. In fact we were encouraged to ask questions through this communication preference. Subsequently the questions asked were left unanswered and when contacting the office to follow up, we were informed that they'd be answered in the meeting with attorney Heather.
