Jeff and his team are on top of it; don't shame you for making mistakes, help and encourage you throughout the entire process. I had a million questions with different scenarios, and Jeff helped me answer them all. Even if you're not the best communicator (guilty), their team reaches out via email and phone to make sure you complete all your documents as needed. They also send you to an affordable bankruptcy classes to do online (required). The whole thing was seamless, really. Would recommend.
