Joel is a completely incompetent attorney. He wrote me a cease and desist letter thinking I would just sign it and return it to him out of fear. I did not sign it and instead wrote back requesting evidence of the behavior I was to cease. None was provided so I filed a complaint against him with the michigan attorney grievance commission. In his response to the complaint to the commission he admitted he had no evidence. What a joke of a lawyer. He thinks people will coddle to him because he's some SMALL town attorney.
You get what you pay for! In this case, pretty dang good! My case has by no means been a confusing pain in the rear, but they are as fast as they can be, very thorough and efficient. Thank you guys for helping me fight my fight!
Joel is phenomenal. He was professional and got results. Any man going through divorce/child custody would truly benefit from his services.
