This review was actually written approximately 5 1/2 years ago, but I revisited the site and found that my review has been removed. But my original review was worded something to the effect of, how is that you’re hiring an attorney to represent you in a real estate transaction but learned they contact you’re employer to conduct a background check on you. If you don’t see a problem with this as a customer, there is a problem with you. Best of luck. I will return on a regular basis to see that this review isn’t once again. youTube.

I used Katherine Wiggins-fisher at this office. She seemed to me to be an inexperienced scared lawyer. But also in typical fashion, will tell you what you want to hear but not follow through on what she promises. She seems to look for the easy road and cares more about her own relationships with other attorneys and judges than your best interests in which you are paying for. The phrase “sleeping with the enemy” describes her to the letter. I’ve called out a witness for lying and had proof, and instead of using that information, she says she knows her personally and isn’t willing expose her out in court. She will admit that a judge is not following the law but is letting his personal feelings impact decision making and she doesn’t see a problem with it. In my opinion, these are justifiable

My dealings with this law firm have been disappointing. My recommendation would be to seek council else where based on over twenty years of intermittent and prolonged experience and family members within the legal profession who also verify concerns. Of course if you are happy and satisfied then my opinion is just that. Good luck.
