Monday: Firm operator answers my call. I explain the reason for my call. She said to let her check to see if Ms. XXX is available, then transfers my call. No one answered, so I left my name, a general voice message and my return number. Friday: My call had not been returned. I called again. Operator said to let her check to see if Ms. XXX is available. My call is again transferred and again, no answer. I called operator again and explained my situation, my unreturned call and the attempted previous calls had not been returned nor answered. The operator said Ms. XXX works from home and may be unavailable. I explained to the operator that I would not need her firms services and had to seek another legal service provider.
