I contacted Barton Mendez Soto for a consultation on an unpaid wage claim and wrongful termination, and after waiting a week was provided a generic denial letter. I called to discuss some additional details that I had missed on the intake form regarding the case and was passed to James Barton who was extremely rude and gruff, and stated simply that it “was not a good case for them” before hanging up on me.
