The people here are great. It was a lot less intimidating then I expected. Mr. Atkinson helped me do my appeal pro-bono and explained every step along the way and even offered to help me fix my anchient car which ended up getting stuck in their parking lot!

I recently visited Barton Atkinson & Murdoch for a potential malpractice case. I was very grateful for the knowledgeable and experienced approach that Atkinson gave. My case is a mental health case, which are very difficult to win due to lack of evidence. After nearly two years of trying to get someone on my side I finally got to hear the why. Thank you Atkinson for taking the time to explain where others simply rejected me outright. It’s an invaluable peace to have met with Atkinson, because now I understand better why over a dozen other law firms rejected me. It was the gentlest let down I could have asked for. I would trust the experience here for other legal matters should they arise and I don’t place my trust lightly.

I have worked with Breck many times and in many ways over the years. He has always been completely committed to his clients and concerned about their well-being. And he has been prompt, professional and courteous in every setting. And he has a great sense of humor which makes serious matters more tolerable.

I scheduled an appointment to meet with Breck Barton for my case. It took him almost a week to be able to see me and in this time I was able to make arrangement's for another firm to take my case. I tried 3 times to call and cancel my appointment with Breck but all it did was ring and ring. I missed my appointment and Bret actually called me and chewed me out over the phone. I explained to him that I tried to cancel and he still was very cross with me. I then informed him that I had already had another firm take my case and he accused me of wasting his time. I then told him "this conversation is over" and hung up. All and all I was incredibly insulted and Breck is an incredibly rude, unprofessional person. I would personally avoid at all cost!
