If I could give zero stars, I would. After hiring Mr. Bergstrom, all my sister and I ended up with was two years of compounded grief after losing our beloved father. Barry was our multi-generational family attorney; not only did he fail as a lawyer, but he also cost us tens of thousands of dollars of our dad's hard-earned savings and our inheritance waiting in vain for him to do his job. He did nothing but obfuscate and avoid countless phone calls and emails.

Handled our Will and other planning. Took a year to get that done. My husband passed away and Barry wasn't around and they stopped answering phone calls and emails. Went to office for my orginals and they were closed. Asked for all of my original paperwork be sent to me twice. Absolutely no response from anyone. Very disappointing

Went to Bergstrom to review estate papers. He took my $150 deposit over two months ago and after several calls which were not returned finally answered. He had done nothing and I asked him to return the deposit. He is checking it out and will get back to me. Lets see how that works out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!

Handled my wife's estates excellently. In addition, prepare my wills and documents as I desired . Very pleased.
