Closed on a home in June 2025. Mr. Barkley represented the buyers and was given money at closing to pay off our mortgage ( the sellers). Mr. Barkley still to this day has not made the payment to close out the mortgage for the home we sold to his clients.Now we are still responsible for a mortgage for a home we sold and someone else is living in. He refuses to respond to us or give us any information on where the money is. Very crooked behavior. Have now had to involve local law enforcement for help and the state bar. Be careful.
