Souder Tate is somebody who will work tirelessly for those he represents. He shows care and professionalism for those he represents. I was nervous about my case, but Souder fought hard for me to receive a fair and the best outcome I could've received.

I've used Souder Tate MANY times. He has been an EXCELLENT attorney. The ONLY issue that I've had is that I've not always gotten return phone calls after leaving voicemails. This is the only reason that I leave 4 stars. Other than that, Souder is extremely honest to the point of where he will tell you if he will be able to help you with your case or not, whether certain steps are necessary or a waste of money. I've tried to do things that he has advised to me would be irrelevant and in turn saved me money. All in all, I would say that he's a great attorney for the things that he does!

While I didn't end up needing his services, I can't thank him enough for easing my mind, answering my questions, and even when I randomly saw him in court he took a moment to talk to me after the judge had giving me extra time to work through my problems. Rachel in the office was able to get me in for a consultation the same day I asked for one and was a total sweetheart. Souder Tate was awesome... I can't even begin to thank them enough for helping me. Seriously speaking, if you need help, call them. They don't judge you or make you feel like a failure for needing their help. Seriously awesome.

If you are looking for a criminal defense attorney I promise from my experience Sauder Tate needs to be the first attorney you call. He is every bit as amazing as he sounds if you have the time to look at his website. He will do everything he can and knows to do. From what I personally witnessed I can honestly say he is the best attorney I have watched practice in a courtroom. Not only that but he is also a kind man who cares about his clients, their families, and people in general.
