Failed to secure a solution when she couldn’t get the immigration official on the phone. Sent a number of texts to me but failed to call me directly and explain the situation to the official. Kept insinuating it was their lines via TXT and pretty much abandoned me during the most important part of my case. Response being, “it wasn’t my fault.” Mrs. Isabel you need to learn the definition of accountability. SHAME ON YOU. I hired them to apply for my husband’s Citizenship and his lawyer made a mistake on his last name, we did not noticed until we got his Certificate of Naturalization and when I email Isabel she had her assistant contact me (not her) to tell me that I needed to pay for a consultation, I told her that it was not a consultation but I had a mistake on the papers that they made and she said that the case was closed and I had to pay for a consultation. I repeated to her that it was about a mistake that THEY MADE. She never answered me. I had to deal directly with Immigration and had to pay the full fees to have a new Certificate and it is taking months. If they were so honest like they claim they would have been responsible for their mistakes not just wash their hands saying the case was closed.
