Worst communication. Even after almost a year of closing my paperwork is not filed properly. Greg Mascera and his paralegal Laura are very unprofessional. If your buying a house, stay away! It will be a closing nightmare. I’ve left messages and emails for months and cannot get a hold of anyone so I had to take matters into my own hands. This will get reported to the real estate ethics committee. Oh and beware of their title company who so happens to be his brother Paul Mascera. Another crook who hasn’t filed with our municipality for our deed one year later. This process has been so stressful and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

A week before closing, I was emailed by someone posing as Jim's assistant asking for a wire transfer for the remaining down payment. The email looked exactly like all the emails I had received previously from his assistant and had the same writing style and also cc'd my real estate agent and bank lender. This person also sent back financial documents when I asked for them. It was clear that Jim's assistant's email was hacked into and monitored the previous months because they had a whole history of our communications.
