The female who answered the phone was highly unprofessional and rude. As if she was personally offended to take my call. Maybe they don’t want new clients?

Bangs McCullen handled a probate and sale of farmland for my family. Living out of state was the challenge and I am so glad we retained BM. They handled everything via email/postal mail and made it easy for us. They provided information about laws, land values, and taxes in SD that we would not have otherwise known. It was a pleasure to meet Attorney Kathy Hoskins in person at the real estate closing. She is a charming and friendly person. If I lived in SD, this firm would be my lawyers of choice.

I was referred to Sarah Baron Houy when going through a difficult time. Upon my first conversation with her, she was incredibly empathetic, thorough in regards to the process of my case, and professional in ways that reassured me that I would be taken care. She was very responsive and answered any and all questions I may have had - regardless of the nature - and checked in regularly. Sarah is not only a brilliant attorney, she is a remarkable person with a heart of gold. Sarah will always have your best interest at heart and will do whatever it takes to make sure she has covered all the bases. If I could give this establishment zero stars I would solely given on the distasteful, repugnant, incompetent, unskillful, an unpleasant, and improperly unprofessional behavior this civil paralegal displayed during our phone conversation. This civil rights paralegal created a toxic, hostile, unprincipled, unethical, and improper work Client relationship that is unfitting for any legal agency to run under. Since this paralegal and team mates refused to give her name I feel this civil paralegal should be reprimanded due to having horrible customer service skills and this poor lady seriously needs to be retrained in customer service 101 and ethical behaviors to avoid a good attorney losing clients over unprofessional behavior especially from their own staff.
