This is the most unprofessional law firm I've ever dealt with. I've been a personal injury paralegal for over 35 years. If I ever handled a claim the way my claim was handled, I'd have been fired. I received next to NO communication from them (ONE voicemail in almost 6 months). Emails to them went unanswered. My instructions were NOT followed. I had instructed them via email that I did not want to file until I had gotten in with my various doctors to have updated medical treatment. That request was ignored & the claim filed, of which I was NOT informed.
