Baldwin Janice

I cannot say enough good things about this amazing woman. Firstly, she is personable, compassionate and most of all cares. She is a master at her craft and extremely responsive. When you call her office 95% of the time, you speak with her (the attorney) not just a receptionist telling you they will call you back. You send an email, expect a reply within 30 mins with a plan, how we are going to accomplish it and more importantly it’s executed. Thank you Mrs Janice for everything. If you need anything legal, she’s your girl. Also, people, for the love of all that is holy, get your wills and affairs in order so you don’t leave your family to deal with it. Janice has been our guiding light.

I can’t speak to her ability as an attorney because she called 13 minutes before our scheduled appointment to notify us she had to cancel. We’ve had this scheduled for a week and our legal needs are pretty simple. We had to shift our entire morning around to meet with her. Very unprofessional and unorganized and not someone I would ever trust to handle any legal matter moving forward. From a humanity perspective, she’s just rude. Instead of apologizing and trying to find a solution, she made us feel that her time was more important than ours. Do yourself a favor, and move on to the next attorney on your list.

HORRIBLE, INCOMPETENT and needs to be disbarred. POOR representation! Fiduciary duty??? Tuh! She does what is best for herself, not the client. The communication is subpar, at best. She hardly returns calls/emails. She is over priced for the "service" you get in return and it seems that she pulls numbers out her behind with no real justification as to how she came up with the charges. She is definitely not someone you want representing you. If you're considering this woman please look elsewhere. Before you seek her council, you could probably represent yourself!

So sad that I couldn't give her zero stars. Janice Baldwin is the worst attorney I've ever used in my life. She did not help me at all with my case and she held back evidence that the Prosecutor said to mine and my entire families faces if he had seen the evidence he would have dropped all charges right away. She cost me a fortune and basically five years of my life. I strongly suggest that anyone looking for an attorney to look elsewhere!

Mrs. Baldwin went above and beyond our expectations during the Child supporting hearing. I am glad there are attorneys who actually fight for the father's rights. We strongly suggest Mrs Baldwin for any legal issues. We give her 5 STARS!
