I give this attorney and her office 0 stars if I could. Lack of communication all the way around! If your loved one is in jail and you’re hoping for her to help, don’t count on it!

Doesn’t communicate and never shows up for court. Wastes people’s time and money.

Would not recommend to anyone. TERRIBLE communication and Mrs. Baker is the rudest person we have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and did not show one ounce of compassion nor support for us. Her own clients! Every meeting was like starting completely over and wasted so much of our time. She was lost and very untinterested. Everyone else we dealt with in the office was nothing short of amazing. Went to a new lawyer that fought for us all the way, got us exactly what we asked for, and was available to answer questions throughout the whole process!

Absolutely horrible correspondence. The worst lawyers I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Absolutely no compassion. Katie Blaylock has never returned one phone call. Katie Blaylock has not even kept her appointment with me, call and scheduled an appointment to take place over the phone she never bothered to call. I'm going to contact the Alabama bar and see if I can get her sanctioned because this is ridiculous I'm probably going to go to jail for an FTA because she wasn't even willing to go to court and file a continuance after she was notified twice that I was in custody.

Sara and her team understood the urgency of my situation and fit me into their schedule within one day of contacting them. Documents were delivered to our home the next day with a notary public. Sara and firm were very professional, compassionate and reasonably priced. I am happy to recommend this firm.
