Matt Rhodes is an excellent attorney. I've used him for over 3 years now on a very complicated divorce and child custody case. Matt is very proficient and understands the law very well. He has an excellent memory and recalls facts from the past that I had forgotten. He is up to date on the law and recent changes. Matt Rhodes did a good job for me on a case. He was easy to talk to, and we worked well together. What I didn’t like was that his office was not very communicative. I don’t think anybody ever called me from there, just sent brief emails, and the other people in the office referred to the attorneys as “Mr.“ and my ex-husband was in Attorney and you don’t have to give attorneys the status of calling them “Mr.“ we did that in the old days! Rhodes will side with the person who pays him. I was railroaded by my former wife and he went along with it, cause her family filled his coffers with multiple divorces and court cases. My fault: I was so over my marriage that I unknowingly was blindfolded into signing a divorce decree document that gave her everything. A decent attorney, a decent man, should've warned me. But not Rhodes; his email to me made it clear, she was HIS client. I was gas lit by Rhodes and her.

Very dirty and no communication everytime we try to contact him he's busy and has to call back and never follows up and he never fights for his clients he follows the money to the highest bidder and takes the easy path he might have been OK at one point but of December 12, 2024 he is trash agrees to whatever the other party says making his clients life miserable. not taking up their court case with them before making a decisions... low life honestly it's not his case he is representing someone else you should have to discuss everything
