Crazy enough we had to battle through a couple snow days here in Wilmington where county offices were closed for recording, but Whitney communicated and responded accordingly. Michelle, the paralegal there was one of the most rude people I've dealt with while doing a transaction. Everyother email from her was needed ASAP, and she was "never wrong“ even though on a couple of times she was. You never bicker with a client, customer, or even potential future client on email or the like. That's common business sense, otherwise it leads to reviews like this and bad publicity. I strongly suggest management to review how she deals with contacts whether customers or contacts she deals with while in the midst of dealing with customers. Unfortunately, the office is really nice looking, and she has led to a loss of a potential future client.
