The person answering the telephone falsely represented herself as an attorney. "We don't answer questions over the phone" are you an attorney? "We dont...." are you an attorney? "No". Then don't represent yourself As one. Can I speak to an attorney? Maybe he can determine if my question can be answered over the phone. "We don't answer questions over the phone" but your not an attorney, can I speak to.... this went on. I chose to use another firm. This person soured this firm for me right off the bat.
