If you're not licensed or equipped to handle Maryland litigation, just say that. It would have saved us both time. 2. "Criteria and policies of our firm" is not a reason. It's a placeholder. I provided extensive evidence—BPO manipulation, blocked portal access (video documented), fraudulent "Kevin Foster" communication containing my non-public data, and medical records showing targeted harassment. If there's a specific gap in my case, name it. Otherwise, this letter is just noise. 3. You're familiar with this space. If you're declining because this is an individual suit rather than a class action, say that. I'd rather hear "not profitable enough" than empty polic
