Bagwell & Associates

I did a closing with this firm in August. I found out the property I did the closing for is still under the name of the previous owner according to our county tax assessor. They said Bagwell and Associates had the responsibility to provide the property deed to the assessor’s office but failed to do so. Over the past several weeks I left phone messages and sent emails to the closer and the office manager at Bagwell to request the deed but they have not provided me the professional courtesy of a response. I have done many closings with a local law firm instead of a big city law firm like Bagwell and I have never had this problem before. This shouldn’t be this hard.
