When it comes to your life and your freedom, I would highly reconsider about going with Don Baca. He is misleading, un punctual, and it’s just gonna waste your time during your pre-trial he does as much work if not less than a public defender … for starters, he has missed multiple court hearings and has left me there in the courtroom by myself other times he has subbed in his friend that’s a lawyer not even appointed to this district to try to help him with his cases because he’s quick to take your money tell you lies and deliver you unfulfilled promises. Please, please please do not use this man. If your freedom counts on it please trust me do not do it.
