If I could leave zero stars I would. I hired Ben Baker in 2020 to try and handle a custody matter. I gave him 4,500$ as a retainer, and absolutely nothing ever got done. I called, emailed, went by, and still couldn’t get them to do what we agreed on or answer the phone. I finally was able to get ahold of them after trying for SEVERAL YEARS to ask for my retainer back, and after 2 entire months and having to check multiple times for them to send it back they wrote me a check for a measly 335$. They will steal your money and not even have the decency to answer the phone. They sent an “itemized invoice” but charged me for things I HAD TO DO like drafting the document since ALL of the details he put in were wrong. Mr. Baker was a fantastic lawyer that did not make me feel just like another client. Being that I was a out of town client, he and his staff were always available, and responded very promptly with all concerns. He was very straight forward with his advice, and made everything very easy to understand. He handled my divorce and child support case with care, knowing these times are incredibly difficult for those involved. I was very fortunate to have Ben represent me during this process. Ben Baker is by far the best. A few months ago i was a wreck I needed help. He is a very professional caring man who fight for you but most importantly he fights for the well-being and safety of your children. Not only does he help you legally but he helps you emotionally and mentally get through the tuff time in life. Mr. Baker is very quick at responding day or night he is there for his clients. His office is a very relaxing atmosphere the ladies in his office are very sweet and help you anyway they can. When people ask about Ben Baker there is always great things about him. I’m here to say he’s worth the money. Turning to him for help was the best thing I could have done. When someone asks about attorney’s to use I instantly give them Mr. Bakers information.

Ben Baker and his staff are thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Ben is an astute attorney and negotiator, the best of the best. He paid close attention to details and picked up on things that helped me tremendously in my contested divorce case out of Denton County. It was a hard, long process to get through my case because of the characters involved, but I was glad that I picked a great attorney such as Ben. My case was settled completely to my satisfaction and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome! Highly recommended!

Hired Mr. Baker to handle my divorce and custody case. It was a horrible case to start with due to certain circumstances but Mr Baker did his job and he did it well! I ended up divorced and with my children’s biological mother signing her rights over giving me sole custody of my children. If you have any doubt about an attorney, go with Ben. You won’t be disappointed and he was reasonably priced too!
