Jojo will get your documents filed and sorted in a timely and professional manner. Her customer service however is needing improvement. She is not patient, understanding, or sensitive to her clients situation. She is very businesslike and good at her job, but not very kind to her clients.
It's difficult to express in words how grateful I am to have JoJo use her expertise to help me in my dilemma and the legal process to restore my rights. Dealt with my Divorce and my grumpy butt, quickly professionally and thoroughly. Paper on her end was done right and helped me tremendously even when I didnt like her honest answers. I cant recommend JoJo enough A++
