Axley Attorney, Health, assisted me with a lawsuit following an automobile accident in which my vehicle was totaled. He collected the full compensation amount from the insurance compnay of the driver who was at fault. It was Health's opinion that was not enough compensation for everything I went thru. Therefore he recommended we file an underinsured lawsuit against my insurance company. He did an excellent job in explaining this lawsuit in layman terms. We finally settled that lawsuit. I found attorney Elizabeth Lanzhammer to be exceptionally knowledgeable in the area of guardianship. My communications, both calls and emails, were directed to Elizabeth personally, rather than through assistants. I worked with Ralph Johnson and April Splittgerber during and after my divorce trial. I cannot recommend this firm. Johnson advised me to make financial decisions during trial (like purchasing a vehicle) that were later used against me in court. He also failed to raise key arguments I requested, such as the cost of refinancing the home I was being awarded, and suggested that I leave my ex-wife on the mortgage and "hope she doesn't bring it up". She did, and he had retired by then. Splittgerber took over but provided no meaningful support. She communicated with opposing counsel without my approval (and charged me for it), and billed me $700 for a letter outlining tasks that I had already completed on my own. Neither attorney effectively protected my assets or advocated for my interes
