⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience with Erica Davis and her firm was very disappointing. Instead of offering guidance and a collaborative approach, I was met with rigidity and a dismissive tone. Estate planning is a sensitive matter that requires both professionalism and compassion, but unfortunately, I found courtesy and client care lacking. I chose not to move forward and will be seeking counsel elsewhere that values both expertise and respect for their clients.

I try four times to communicate with the lawyer Mr. Justin Ryng. Left a multiple voice mail. No one call me back!! You call the office and they always put you on hold or not answer the phone. After 1 week I give up with this office and firm. I am assuming this people do not want to work or avoiding new clients. I can’t imagine how they will handle cases if there are not replaying back. I will look for a reliable lawyer and firm. They should not promoting this legal service in MetLife people pay their benefits for a reason.
