I want to give a big shout out to Maria and MIke with whom I had the pleasure of interacting recently. MIke was new to me but I knew very quickly he’d be completely capable of assisting me should the occasion arise. I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Maria previously. I’ve never questioned her efficiency and thoroughness and her communication skills and willingness to accommodate whenever possible is refreshing. Her greatest strength however is her warmth and friendliness. I’ve always seen her with a smile on her face with an exceptional ability to making you feel comfortable. All in all, Maria and Mike make a great team for Avant.

During the summer and fall of last year, my two eldest sisters were called home leaving me as trustee to my older sister’s estate. We met with Paul Caprera, who has taken over the practice of retiring Neil Schram, with whom we had a long relationship. Paul and his paralegal Maria Bautista made us very comfortable right from the beginning. We met with Paul, he explained everything in detail, explaining how a trust would save our assets and our heirs from unnecessary taxation. After some hesitation on our part Pail met with us again (unbelievably at no charge) to go through everything once more.
