I was referred to Mr. Tella and his team by my contractor last year. I had a stubborn and employed tenant who refused to vacate the premises after the 90 day notice. Mr. Tella and his team were professional and responsive during the entire process. His associate in Brooklyn was a powerhouse and helped me get the results I wanted. Tenant and his lawyer initially wanted me to sever ties with housing court and all legal action against the tenant. We pushed back and got his lawyer to agree to my terms. Thank you for your service. Law Offices of Augustin Tella is just horrible. Do not hire him at all! Augustin Tella, ESQ is a horrible attorney. He is very forget full, and not prepared for court hearings at all. He is Neglectfully. Lack of communication. Misrepresentation/Dishonesty. His office will quickly bill you services, which is not done by their firm. Examples: Of what he has done to me on my cases: False or misleading statements Failing to communicate effectively with with me Lawyer incompetence, and NOT prepared for courts with filings that need to be done before cases. Causing cased to pushed to forward for months. DO NOT HIRE HIM!
