James Atwood and Victor McCall are some best attorneys in there field. There teams are amazing understanding the clients needs and communicating with clients and referral partners.

This law firm has been nothing but unprofessional and disappointing. They show little to no regard for their clients and demonstrate a complete lack of urgency in their follow-ups. It requires numerous calls and voicemails just to get a response. Attorney Davis seems unqualified to handle cases outside his expertise, leaving clients stuck in limbo with no updates. As of nearly June 2024, I haven’t heard from him since October or November of last year. His assistant, Virginia, is equally unresponsive, failing to return calls or emails. If you’re okay with your case being treated as an afterthought, this is the firm for you. After more than a year of no resolution, I received an email from Atwood & McCall on October 15, 2025, notifying me that Attorney Davis had withdrawn from the firm. It’
