Attorney Joseph A Tabb I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment with Mr tabb today. He called me and talked about my case and advised me that it would not be beneficial for me at this time to do anything. I really appreciate his advice. Now he could have called me in his office and charged me a consultation fee for $100 or could have set me up with a retainer fee anywhere from $3000 to $5,000 but he did not. He advised me that if my case is not resolved to contact him in November. I really appreciated his advice. So all in all he could have taken advantage of me in several kinds of ways but he did not, so I finally found an attorney that I really can trust. By the way this guy has an awesome voice he could have been a country singer. Lee Segura

Very rude and lack of integrity. I attempted to contact regarding a case I am a part of, just trying to find out a date for a hearing. I was told that he does not represent me, his clients are priority, papers were filed and I would be notified when a date was given, however I called courthouse and paperwork was never filed. Glad he’s not my attorney.
