Attorney John Andrew Motter

Worst lawyer ever. I paid Andrew 1200 dollars cash to file for child custody case June 2025. I informed him that I worked Monday thru Saturday 10hr shift. He insured me that we would get papers notarized and things would get done. I waited 4 months. I called. No answer and no return calls. I asked for my money back in September 2025. I was told I would receive a check in the mail. I waited..nothing came. I called. I was told I would get my money back when they got paid by the state...which was ridiculous. Once again I waited and received nothing. I had to go to his office 3 different occassions to talk out this situation. Finally around the end of October I received 750.00 dollars back, Reason being, mr. motter did 2 hours of work for me. And supposedly they were waiting on me to move for

He does NOT fight for your kids like you want him to, he also doesn't try getting what your asking for nor show any documentations you've given him to present in court. If I were you, save your money and find another BETTER lawyer!

Andy is very busy, but has a good listening ear, and is very helpful to accomplish what your needs are. Friendly & outgoing, as well as his wife, Leslie & staff. Love love love their beautiful dogs! 😁

My friend(truck driver) paid John Andrew Motter for his truck driving ticket. John took his money and disappeared. John Andrew Motter did not appear in Court and never answer his phone. His worker always found excuses not to call him. John Andrew Motter behave as an AS...... !!!! Be careful.Waist money, time and your trust.

I called every week to see if he finally got the paper work done. He didnt have it done so i filled out my own agreement and handed it to him waited another 3 months after that to have it processed by the court. I could have done the same thing he did in two days for only $30.. not $500..SMH. Find another attorney!!
