Attorney generals office needed help with a couple of issues. Employees call back very disrespectful and empowered as if the complaint they’ve heard it before some people don’t explain things the same way and it may take them a little while to get to the situation and hand after waiting on the phone for over an hour, and then pressing a button for a callback it sent like they didn’t have time to hear my complaint out fully , when you’re calling the attorney generals office, you’re probably already stretched every option you had to get something done and then you get to them and they’re on attentive after waiting for calls for hours. Total waste of time calling them for ANYTHING......i had money stolen from me.....the AGO.....filed a THREATENED a lawsuit.....and the company said they would pay. I guess that's enough for the AGO's office. If u wanna steal money come to MA.....the AGO will help u do it. UPDATE.......they got Uber to refund me about $900 they robbed from me. I forget why I wrote the initial review but they DID get me a check in the mail.

I found it pleasant instead of standing outside in the elements in a long line as I am disabled. I was there to get a copy of my BCI. It was so easy to obtain. In less than 5 minutes I was at the front counter. I just asked them what I had to get, showed up my ID. It cost me $5.60 and I used my debit card. You can use a credit card but no money orders or no cash allowe

I always use the Attorney General's Office for any consumer issues. They also have Victims Services. Maura Healey has run an extremely talented office. I'm very sad to see her go.
