It’s mind boggling that the people in this world are so cruel and evil. Even though A person is in the wrong, they will protect them and their reputation so it can all be swept under rug! Allowing a human to treat others as if they are trash is not the way to be a good State/society! I interacted with a (not sure exactly if a Man/Woman, do to voice), but the name was Lenor? So could be either i guess. Well that was my first time having to be pointed away from a solution

Ridiculous went in for an appointment they made at 9am I was on time only to be informed that they don't do in person appointments since 2020 Covid. Then they didn't call me at all for said appointment, I had to call back to find out I was released from their supoena.

Very helpful in assisting me, where I needed to direct my questions , and additional avenues of consideration.

This organization exhibits public service at its best.
