Just call someone else. From the moment I was transferred to the "intake specialist" I had a feeling. The first question I was asked beyond my name was my address. I questioned as to why that was asked before anything about my possible case and was given kind of a BS answer (*put a pin in this, we'll come back to it). Immediately, the communication was difficult, I couldn't understand what this woman was saying; it seemed as if she was fading in and out. I asked about that, I was assured she was on "our office phone" and that she had no idea what would be causing it. She then seemed to catch a little bit of an attitude, I guess because I couldn't hear her. Having thought about this for a bit, the only thing I can think of is that she wasn't speaking into the phone. That she would began spe
