I trust Mr. Boyd when we hired him back in 2021 seeing as I had never went through this before and I felt he did not advise me honestly. He advised I sign over my children so I wouldn't have to pay child support and save my money and take them back to court for a change of circumstance. He told me something as little as a D on my daughter report card could give me grounds to file (not true). I got 8 hrs of supervised visits every week until my kid turned 18 urs old. Mind you I had a clean hair follicle drug test (though i did make my mistakes). After hiring an out of town attorney a few years later I was told that was the biggest mistake I could have done was agreeing to this. I later found out as we have been deep diving with mt new attorney he had also wrote an email to the other parties
