Joan was incredibly rude and dismissive. My mother and I called to inquire about setting up a trust. Joan interrupted and spoke over me consistently and when I asked to clarify if the trust would be a revokable living trust she responded that she needed to go because she did not have time to answer any questions and had other calls to make. We had been on the phone for approximately five minutes. Her attitude was shocking. I asked if there was someone else that I could speak with and she refused to give me another persons name to talk too. Unbelievable how rude she was.

The ladies at Atlantic Non-Lawyer Services provided an excellant service to both myself and my husband. They were informative and very helpful in guiding us through paperwork that would have taken us months to do on our own. They were able to answer our questions and provided materials that were easy to understand and easy use.
