This law firm is a joke, I wrote a review years ago but I believe this firm had It deleted... Anyway first they refused to take a retainer and instead had me pay a non refundable flat rate payment. The only person I had any real conversation with was pear cherry (who was wonderful and helpful) and that was the only good part of my experience with this firm, bubblitz and Atkinson interchanged with each other the few times I saw them, The only reaction they ever took for me was requesting a discovery. I had pointed out that there was multiple discrepancies in the officers statement and that I pointed out and he just told me that "you can't loophole you way out of this" I told him I wasn't looking for a loophole, I tried to inform him it was a false charge with a false police statement. I engaged Craig Atkinson to help me fight an infraction ticket that was given (wrongfully) to me as a result of an accident. Craig doesn’t usually take infractions…but he made an exception for my case. He handled the case, all communications with me and the state and the trial exceptionally well.
