I retained this firm after reviewing its marketing materials and online representations indicating experience handling cases in my county. Based on that information, I expected direct involvement consistent with what was promoted. After paying a retainer and signing a written agreement, I was assigned a different attorney than the one featured in the firm’s advertising. I did not have communication with the advertised attorney prior to court. The fee agreement referenced bond being addressed before a judge. At my court appearance, bond was not handled through counsel in the manner I anticipated from reading the agreement, and I ultimately coordinated directly with my bondsman. On the day of court, I contacted my assigned attorney to advise that I was running approximately 10–20 minutes

William Shelley was my first and hopefully last attorney. He was very patient with me. As someone who is not very versed in the realm of law and asked some questions to better my understanding, he was informative and precise with the whole process.
