I received a ticket while moving cross country in Kentucky. Contrary to what the state trooper said I could not just pay the ticket but needed to appear in court. She was extremely responsive, kept me updated with what was going on and was able to come to an agreement with the prosecutor. Was very pleased that she was able to get my ticket dismissed.
