Jeffery was personable, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout my case. He took the time to answer my questions and always provided clear, responsive feedback. My divorce lasted 550 days, and he was there every step of the way, helping me navigate a very difficult process with professionalism and care.

Worst lawyer in Richmond. Had months to prepare for the case, my son’s mom was trying to move hours away from me with my son.I seen the lawyer one time for 20 mins. He showed up to court and walked right by me because he didn’t recognize me. Didn’t cover one thing that we discussed in our meeting. Didn’t even bring his notes to court. This was over a year ago. His secretary was the most snobby person I’ve ever met. Acted like I was bugging them because I hadn’t heard from my lawyer in over a month and court was a week away. DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER! He is taking people’s money and giving the bare minimum.

Jeff Arnold represented me in a child custody battle and he was great. However, my wife was unfortunately a victim of an attack from a gentlemen that he later on decided to represent. Once is seen he was representing him, I called his office to let his office know that that man was the one who attacked my wife. His secretary then said, that they had no idea and he would tell Jeff what I told them. He later on still decided to defend that man against my wife. Takes a real sorry individual to represent a man who robbed an innocent woman and beat her on the street for no reason. Please, if you are thinking about using Mr. Arnold in the future, just know this man has no honor or integrity. Sad. Mr. Arnold, you sir should be ashamed to be a lawyer.

Don’t ever put the fate of your children in this man’s hands! He will smooth talk you like he has things handled, take your money then become a lame duck. Softball case afraid to step in the batters box and cross his GAL friends. Wife receptionist beyond crass and rude. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

Don’t pay him upfront because he will quit you right before court before his services are rendered to you. His office help is not licensed to give you legal advice in which they do and steer you in the wrong direction. I definitely do not recommend him unless you want to waste your money and your case fail. Also be careful because he has worked as a partner with another attorney from Wayne County , Indiana and when he goes up against her, he usually lets her win. She was also his office help at one time.
