My attorney, Luke, was excellent to work with and helped guide me through my case with professionalism and clarity. I had an auto accident in 2023 when another car hit my SUV in the back and damaged my vehicle. I called the other car's insurance company several times but never received a call back. At the suggestion of my neighbor, who is an attorney, I contacted Arnold Law Firm to assist me in this situation. I provided all the necessary information relating to the accident and they immediately started the claim process and negotiated a settlement with the insurance company in the case in a very reasonable time. The Arnold Law Firm took care of a class action lawsuit against a former employer. I did not hire them but a former coworker took care of that. I do not have much experience with lawyers but I was not at all impressed with the Arnold Law Firm. I did not feel as though they were looking after all of us legally. Our employer was able to harass all of us, file lawsuits against us and stretch out a potential million dollar lawsuit to over four years and down to 100K. Of course, the Arnold Law Firm got their fees while the rest of us get screwed....royally. It seems very obvious that we should have gone with another firm.
