In the beginning he broke everything down to simple terms .He Kept in touch when needed and responded back to our calls and messages. He has experience as an ADA as well . So he knows what to look for in cases and he knows what is expected. Very professional and outspoken. Has a way with words .

This office is a masterclass in how not to treat clients. After waiting more than two weeks for the simplest of email responses, what I finally received was dismissive, unprofessional, and dripping with arrogance. Instead of answers, I got attitude. If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, avoid this office at all costs. There are plenty of attorneys who respect their clients — this is not one of them.

My family hired Justin Arnold expecting a strong defense, but I feel like they did not work in my best interest. Instead of fighting for me, they seemed to accept whatever the DA offered.
