The firm's lax communication, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for client satisfaction left me feeling undervalued, disrespected, and financially exploited. Throughout my dealings with them, I found it nearly impossible to get a response from key personnel, such as Arlette , Viktoria, and others. My success rate for receiving a reply to my queries was a woefully inadequate 10-15%. When I did manage to get in touch, it was often after multiple attempts, and responses were perfunctory at best. However, when the firm needed something from me, suddenly my inbox would be bombarded with a flurry of requests. This erratic

This attorney is highly unethical and a disgrace to her profession!! She charged me $7,000 and then had the audacity to abandon my case the day prior to trial. She advised me to attend my deposition without her necessary representation. Please be aware of this professional con artist!! I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy 😡😡😡😡!!

This law firm is a scam. They are after people's money without wanting to work on representing them or their case. They will ask for flat fee to trap you and stop working on your case. They have an office which looks like a open house not a law firm office and they keep chasing you for money and signing agreements and take your money and then stop working on your case. They never responded to client emails, nor meeting requests, last minute did not show up for meeting, and had to be reminded for upcoming court procedures. They are after you money. Run like hell from hiring these crooks. Look elsewhere - they are scam.
